2007 RECOGNITION FOR EXCELLENCE AWARD – GOLD LEVEL

Presented by the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) For the 4th year in a row, Ontario Knife Company has received the Gold Award recognizing the company’s perfect score in on-time delivery and quality performance. This award is given only to companies that have earned 100% on the DSCC’s Automated Best Value System (ABVS), demonstrating excellence in customer service and product quality. To be eligible, a company must have shipped 50 or more contract line items for DSCC during a 12-month period while maintaining exceptional quality and delivery performance.

Presented by the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) The AAAA Awards program recognizes outstanding achievements in Army Aviation in many areas. The Ontario Knife Company was privileged to be honored with the Materiel Readiness Award for a Contribution by a Small Business for its work with the Aircrew Survival Egress Knife.

Presented by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) This prestigious DLA award recognizes small businesses that have undertaken risks associated with innovative business practices in order to meet the needs of America’s war fighters. Selected companies must also meet the DLA’s Vendor Excellence Award criteria, which include demonstrated overall excellence in superior product quality, customer service, reliability, dependability, on-time delivery, consistency and accuracy.
